I hope that you can help me in presenting my complaint to them. They have not released those funds to me and have indicated that they WILL NOT refund my money. I have called the center repeatedly and submitted the letter again in May, 2021. I submitted a letter from ************* in September, 2020 requesting termination of my membership at Healthtrax and asked for a refund of the cost of the 15 remaining personal training sessions. ************ advised that I discontinue training at Healthtrax due to my compromised heatlh conditon and concerns for risk of exposure to Covid-19. In early March, 2020, due to the Pandemic, Healthtrax closed and all fitness training was discontinued. (2020).In January, 2020, I enrolled in and pre-paid for 24 Personal Training Sessions at Healthtrax Raleigh with Personal Trainer *************.
